Boys’ Final
St Thomas More School (Northumberland) beat Cardinal Heenan School (Merseyside) 3-1 on Monday 28 April at Tranmere Rovers FC to lift the North Regional Cup.
Adam Campbell scored twice and James Hedley netted the other for the north-eastern school, who will now play Trinity School (Nottinghamshire), Champions of the Midland Region, in the National Semi-Final at Scunthorpe United FC on Tuesday 6 May 2008. Cardinal Heenan’s reply came from Chris Long.

Girls’ Final
Fallibroome (Cheshire) captured the North Regional Cup after defeating Heworth Grange (Durham) 5-2 at Prenton Park on Monday. Fallibroome scorers were Aontonia Cole (2), Amy Redfearn (2) and Emma Titchen. Heworth Grange’s goals were scored by Charlotte Potts and Kayley Anderson.
Fallibroome now play Friary School (Staffordshire) in the National Semi-Final at Scunthorpe United FC on Tuesday 6 May 2008.
