Fixture Secretaries

Once your fixture has been agreed, please fill in and return an ESFA Match Arrangements Form.

After the fixture has been played you need to either submit your scores via the online form OR fill out and return an ESFA Result Form.

Both forms are available for downloaded in the Documents area.

Match Officials

It is the responsibility of the Home team to appoint a neutrally qualified referee. If Assistant Referees are not available, then each School / Association should be prepared to supply a suitable person.

Competition Deadlines

Matches must be played within the published deadline dates. Extensions to the deadlines can only be granted in exceptional circumstances. Applications for this must be made via the National Competitions Department BEFORE the deadline date.
