U18 Schools’ Trophy Final: Maghull 0-8 Millfield

A rampant Millfield School (Somerset) lifted the U18 Schools’ Trophy after beating Maghull High School (Merseyside) 8-0 at Doncaster Rovers Football Club this afternoon.
The result for the Somerset school must have gone someway to erasing the tender memories of the 4-0 defeat at the hands of Monkseaton School in the same competition at Barnsley FC last season.
Under glorious sunshine at the Keepmoat Stadium, Millfield’s goalscorers were; Johnny Moss (3), Jordan Metters, Jack Minshaw, Jack Dukes, Tom Slater and Sam Farthing.
Ben Lewis, the England Schools goalkeeper managed to keep a clean sheet at the other end.
