John Hampden Grammar School (High Wycombe) will represent England at the SAFIB Under 14 “Battle of Britain” Tounament in Glasgow this weekend.

John Hampden won the ESFA U14 Schools’ Cup for boys by beating Lancaster School (Leicester) 1-0 in the final held at Yeovil Town FC on Thursday 1 May, thanks to a volley from Tom Coleman.

The Buckinghamshire school will be competing against schools from Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

John Hampden Grammar School’s trip north of the border has been kindly sponsored by Beeks Building Contractors & Developers Limited.
