Council is pleased to announce the newly created opportunity for existing members of the ESFA family to get involved with the operational leadership of our international programme.

The role of the International Programme Co-ordinators (one for the U18 boys and one for the U15 girls) will be pivotal to ensuring the successful organisation of our international activity. Whether that be assessing venue suitability for international matches, liaising with parents/players over venues and timings, identifying individual schools for international schools’ competitions or tweeting match highlights and results, the IPCs will take administrative and organisational responsibility for the ESFA’s participation in SAFIB activities. This role will not be part of the management team for the squads, but will be the key conduit between them and the ESFA Council, and the head office, in making sure that Council decisions are implemented.

The roles are voluntary, and are for a three year term in the first instance (subject to an annual review at the end of each season).

To apply, please send a one page statement of interest, describing the skills and experience you would bring to the role, taking account of the information on the role description, to Andrea Chilton no later than 14th July 2018

For an informal discussion about the role, please feel free to contact: the Chair of the Association, John Martin (01635 523765); Phil Harding, Chair of Representative Football Committee (07850 154827) or, during w/c 9th July only, Andrea Chilton, CEO (07495 378669)
