This is a reminder that the fifth window is now open and accepting applications for the Premier League Players' Kit Scheme and will be closing on Friday 31st May 2013. In addition to schools being able to apply we remind you thatthe ESFA has agreed with the Premier League that District Schools’ FAs can also apply.
The affiliation number used must be the affiliation number of the local District Schools’ FA. All other number formats will automatically be refused application. Applications can be made via http://plplayerskitscheme.premierleague.com/s/kit/
