Players competing in the National Deaf Schools' Cup

The English Schools’ FA and the National Deaf Children’s Sports Association continued their close links by staging this tournament at the Derby Powerleague on Wednesday 10 February 2010. 31 teams were involved from 12 different deaf schools from around the country.

ESFA Chairman, Paul Rickard, was on hand for the presentations and was ably assisted by Chloe Lockley and Lisa Neprean, who both play for the deaf GB ladies football team. Derby County in the Community with ‘Rammie’ led a coaching session for primary school pupils.

Junior Boys’ Cup:

1st - Braidwood
2nd - Heathlands at St Lukes
3rd - Ovingdean

Senior Boys’ Cup

1st - Oak Lodge A
2nd - Heathlands at Townend
3rd - St Johns

Girls’ Cup

1st - St Johns
2nd - Oak Lodge
3rd - Heathlands at Townend
