This web site and all products purchased from it are governed by the following terms and conditions. Please read these details carefully before accepting them prior to making a purchase. By ticking the terms and conditions box, you are accepting them in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. We recommend that you print a copy for your records. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any point.

Please note that the web content of the site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software, is the property of the English Schools’ Football Association (ESFA) or our content suppliers. Permission is given to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of the site for the sole purpose of placing an order or for use as a shopping resource, however any other use is prohibited. This includes reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance.
Trademarks
The ESFA and all page headers, custom graphics and button icons are service marks, trademarks, and/or trade dress of the ESFA. All other trademarks, product names and company names or logos cited herein are the property of their respective owners ("Third Party Trade Marks"). You are not permitted to use the ESFA Trademarks or Third Party Trademarks without the prior written consent of the ESFA or such third parties that may own the Trademarks.

In order to place an order with the ESFA you will need to register to use the Shop, by creating your personal ESFA Online Shop Account.
In return for allowing you to use the ESFA Online Shop web site and benefiting from our services, you agree that any information you provide us about yourself at any time will be true, accurate, current and complete and that you will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up to date. If incorrect information is supplied any contractual obligation the ESFA has is immediately null and void.
Products
We strive to keep all of the items featured on our web site in stock. Items that are low in stock will be highlighted in your Shopping Cart, and the quantity requested may be reduced automatically in accordance to the number of items currently available in stock.

We have portrayed the products on our web site in the most accurate way possible. To enable you to see the item in more detail, use the Large View icon links, where available.
Privacy Policy
If you do not agree to the terms of this privacy policy, please refrain from using the site.
We respect the privacy of all our customers. We guarantee that your details will not be disclosed to any third party, other than WorldPay, who require your details in order to complete the transaction and dispatch processes. Any personal information gathered online including personal details and contact information, will not be disclosed to any other party for any other purpose than delivery of online goods. We do however reserve the right to use this data for our own marketing activity. The information will only be used to make contact with the purchaser directly and will not involve another party. By agreeing to the privacy policy, you are giving your consent for any information given to be used for such marketing purposes.
Use of Cookies
Each time you visit the ESFA Online Shop, you can surf the site anonymously and access important information without revealing your identity. However, in order to provide better service, such as to enable you to add items into your Shopping Basket, we may use "cookies" to track your visit. While the ESFA Online Shop uses cookies to track your visit, most cookies last only through a single session or visit to the web site. The information provided does not identify you personally, and you remain anonymous unless you have otherwise provided The ESFA Online Shop with personal information. Making a Purchase
Use the search box or category dropdown in the left margin to access the products that interest you.
From the list of items displayed, click the item's product title to view the item in more detail.

Add Item
To add the item to your Shopping Cart simply select the number 
of items you wish to purchase then click

Shopping Basket
To view the contents of the Shopping Basket, click the 
View Basket link in the right margin.
A summary of all the products you have chosen, but not yet purchased, will be displayed.
Quantities:
To modify a quantity to any value, simply update the quantity in the text entry field provided, then click the [Recalculate] button.
Remove Item:
Click the Remove link next against the item to remove.
Once you have finished adding items to your basket, click the [Checkout] button in the Shopping Cart, OR the 
Checkout link in the right margin.
Payment
Prices
All prices shown in the ESFA Shop are in Pound Sterling, but payment can be made in a number of currencies.
Tax Charges
All products are subject to VAT (20%) where applicable, excluding those being delivered to non-EU countries.

Checkout
To complete your order you need to complete the following 5 Steps:
- Login to / Create New, ESFA Shop Account.
- Once logged in, confirm the Country and Postcode of where the delivery is to be dispatched.
- Select the delivery option (normal post, recorded delivery etc).
- Submit the Payment and Delivery Address.
On clicking the [Make Payment] button at the bottom of this page, you will automatically leave the ESFA Shop web site and access the ESFA's Secure Payment Gateway Page on WorldPay web site to process your payment details and complete your purchase. - Submit your payment details to complete the order.
Once complete, you will be automatically redirected back to the ESFA Shop web site.

Credit/Debit Card Security
All ESFA Online Shop payment transactions are done through the secure payment services of WorldPay. The WorldPay payment system uses a combination of both established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Furthermore, WorldPay’s public web servers are certified by Thawte, a Public Certificate Authority, ensuring that you, the shopper, can have confidence that nobody can impersonate World Pay to obtain confidential information.
Transaction Encryption
The transfer of the purchase details from www.esfa.co.uk/shop to WorldPay are encapsulated using encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof through a Secure Server Link.
Security for Our Customers
Any communication between ESFA Online Shop customers and WorldPay is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper's browser. Our customers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by your card issuer. Your card issuer provides the right for you to dispute a transaction if the goods/services do not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.
Data Storage
Data storage on WorldPay systems, and the communication between WorldPay and the worldwide banking networks, is regularly audited by the banking authorities to ensure a secure transaction environment. WorldPay also ensure that their systems are kept up-to-date with the latest versions of any third-party code used, and WorldPay continually review their own proprietary code.
Delivery
Shipping & Handling
All other products can be ordered for shipping worldwide. The delivery destination is ultimately the full responsibility of the purchaser.
UK Delivery Schedule
All orders will be despatched from the ESFA Head Office in line with the following schedules:
- Standard Delivery – 5 working days
- Recorded Delivery – 3 working Days
- Special Delivery –next working Day if ordered before 3pm.
Delivery Outside the UK
- EU: 10 working days
- Non EU: 21 working days

- Orders up to £5.00 = £1.05
- Orders up to £12.40 = £2.05
- Orders up to £25.50 = £3.10
- Orders up to £75.00 = £4.10
- Orders over £75.00 = £6.20
Delivery Times and Receipt of Goods
Goods are normally dispatched within 24hrs of receipt of your order. Please check the individual availability of the product/s you have ordered. Our couriers deliver between 8.00am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. All delivery times are based on business working days and therefore may be affected by National holidays.
We value your security and to safeguard this, if you have paid for recorded or special delivery we will require a signature on receipt of your goods. If you know that there will not be anyone available to sign for your delivery, please provide us with an alternative delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, our courier will leave a card. Simply call the number on the card, quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery.
We work closely with our couriers to ensure the best possible delivery service however we regret that delays may occasionally occur which are outside our control.
Emergency Contact
Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the delivery or status of your order, or should you wish to return goods or cancel your order entirely, please contact the ESFA Office.
Returns Policy
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods. If you do cancel your order, payment will be refunded in full providing the goods are in a perfect, saleable condition and in their original packaging. If the goods do not reach us in this condition, your right to a full refund may be affected. We advise the use of Recorded Delivery and the proof of postage service. All goods are returned at your expense.

All returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or broken, please contact The ESFA Office where you will be requested to return the goods in the condition you received them to the following address:
