Northern Counties Representative Squad
LILLESHALL NATIONAL SPORTS CENTRE 10-12 JAN 2014
Following a great weekend of training sessions and selection matches, the U18 Schoolboy selectors have published their list of players who will progress onto the next round of trials in the new year.
Four squads were assembled from previous trials to represent the Northern Counties, Midland Counties, South East Counties and South West Counties as we search to find an England U18 Schoolboy squad to compete in the Centenary Shield.
Each of the representative squads took part in a round-robin tournament of fixtures and a number of training sessions to assess individual ability, teamwork and positional understanding.
The results of regional representative squads are as follows:
North 1 v Midlands 0
South West 0 v South East 3
South West 2 v Midlands 4
North 2 v South East 1
North 1 v South West 0
South East 2 v Midlands 2
The list below confirms those players that will be invited to the next round of trials held at Lilleshall National Sports Centre over the weekend of January 11th 2014.
