Brighton & Hove Albion FC will host England v Rep. of Ireland

On Thursday 26 April 2012, the ESFA will be staging an Under 18 Centenary Shield International at the new AMEX Stadium – home of Brighton & Hove Albion FC. The match will kick-off at 7.35 pm. This is an excellent opportunity to watch quality international football at a level which has been a pathway into the professional game for many players – one recent example being Chris Smalling of Manchester United. It also provides a chance to visit the country’s newest stadium at a time when it is full to capacity for Brighton’s home matches.

Over many years, hundreds of schools from Sussex have organised trips to our internationals, with everyone involved experiencing an excellent occasion and the schools taking the opportunity to use the events for fund-raising purposes.

We are able to offer a very generous ticket discounts for pre-booked groups organised by schools in Sussex. A £12 seat is available for the discounted price of £8, and children’s tickets normally priced at £8 are available for £5.

The AMEX Stadium is an all-seater arena, ideal for accommodating groups of youngsters. It has excellent road and rail links, and special provision is being made for coach parking.
