California Raisin Award Scheme

Together with California Raisins, the ESFA has created this award scheme to give teachers and coaches a bigger opportunity to get pupils involved in football.
There are now 9 awards and certificates available to primary and secondary schoolchildren. There is no need to be in the school team or even the reserves – and no one is tested. It really is available to anyone who gets involved in football.
The awards then progress to recognise improvement and excellence. Anyone can achieve the first 3 levels. Plus, there’s a special merit award, open to anyone, which rewards spirit, conduct, effort and attitude.
