U16 RAF Boys SF: Howard 3-0 Ladymead

Howard of Effingham School (Guildford SFA) made it through to the final of the U16 Royal Air Force Schools’ Cup for boys after they beat Ladymead School (Taunton SFA) 3-0 in the second semi-final played at RAF Cosford yesterday afternoon.
Paris Downes opened the scoring for the Surrey based school after 29 minutes with a well taken left foot strike to make it 1-0 at half time.
Josh Gallagher then made it 2-0 after the re-start when he converted a rebound off the post on 55 minutes. Gallagher then effectively wrapped up proceedings on 63 minutes following a neat move by Howard of Effingham.
Howard of Effingham will now face Wright Robinson School (Manchester SFA) in the final which will be held on Tuesday 5 May at Manchester City Football Club.
