The Football Association has offered you a chance to have your say about behaviour in the game and win some England tickets!
As you may be aware The FA’s Respect Programme is our response to the call from people like yourselves, to improve behaviour in the game - both on and off the field. For further information on the Programme visit www.TheFA.com/Respect
Gathering feedback from participants in the game is really important to us. This is how we will know whether the practical steps are making an impact or not. And that's why we'd like you to fill out the online survey.
Please click the appropriate survey link below to have your say on current behaviour in football. We are interested in hearing as many views of coaches and managers, captains and players, spectators and referees as possible.
Please play your part in ensuring we get the best possible response to this survey, which will only take about five minutes to complete. All survey participants will be entered in to a draw to win one of five pairs of tickets to England v Slovakia at Wembley Stadium in March. Please note the survey is only open until October 31st.
There is one survey, that is only for U10 captains and players Click here http://www.thefa.com/surveys/TakeSurvey.aspx?SurveyID=n2K28n2
and another survey for all other participants Click below: http://www.thefa.com/surveys/TakeSurvey.aspx?SurveyID=n2K27n2
A follow-up survey will be circulated towards the end of the season and, with your help, we look forward to receiving lots of feedback on behaviour in the game.
Thanks in advance for your assistance and for your commitment to Respect.
