Cambridge grabbed a dramatic late winner against Plymouth last night at Tavistock Football Club, to secure a place in the Semi-Finals of the ESFA U15 Inter Association Trophy, sponsored by the National Union of Teachers.

Plymouth took an early lead through Dan Addlesbury, but this was soon cancelled out through a Carlo Lawrence strike for the visitors. Cambridge managed to regain the lead before the interval thanks to Lewis Edwards. Despite Cambridge being behind 2-1 at half time, they showed great spirit to fight back thanks to goals from Jake Brown and the winner from Sam Parkinson in the fourth minute of injury time.

Cambridge will now play away to the winners of Swansea and Southampton. This will be played at St Helens Stadium, Swansea, on Saturday 04 March, kick-off 1.30 pm.
