Position : Goalkeeper.
CSFA : None
School : Queens School, Hertfordshire.
Previous School : Gromsdyke First School, Pinner.
Born : 24 April 1995.

'Mickey' as he is known by the rest of the squad, is an all round athlete who enjoys a number of sports. His favourite footballer is Joe Hart and he lists one of his best accomplishments in football as captaining Maidenhead United in the FA Youth Cup.

Born : 01 September 1995.

Curtis enjoys a good night in front to the TV watching I'm a Celebrity or The only way is Essex. He wants to pursue a career in sports although he is a gifted academic. Has a younger brother, and lists his favourite footballer as Luka Modric of Real Madrid.

Born : 26 June 1995.

Kieran is a tough-tackling defender who models his game on Vincent Kompany. A talented Badminton player, who has represented the county on numerous occasions. Kieran is hoping to study to become a P.E teacher upon graduation from school.

Previous School : Springfield Primary School, Sunbury.
Born : 18 September 1994.

A strong centre-back who has already achieved success with the Independent Schools' FA, captaining their International representative team last season. The active youngster partakes in a number of sports and hopes to go on to university to study medicine.

Position : Left Back.

School : Hartpury College, Gloucestershire.
Previous School : The Dell School, Chepstow.
Born : 10 November 1995.

Lewis names Brazilian superstar Neymar as his favourite player, and while he is hoping to make a career in professional football as a player, he is also looking at roles such as a physiotherapist or a football analyst. He intends to study these areas of sport further whilst at university.

Previous School : Admiral Junior School, Thetford.
Born : 17 September 1994.

Centre-midfielder Ross enjoys watching The Simpsons and Family Guy on TV when he is relaxing from football. He also plays golf and table tennis with friends and say's Cambridge United's Abbey Stadium is the best ground he has ever played at.

Position : Right Wing.

School : Worthing College, Worthing.
Previous School : Goldstone Primary School, Brighton.
Born : 21 September 1994.

Ryan is one of two Fergany's in this year's Schoolboy squad. Ryan is currently a member of Lewes FC, and has played in the first team, seeing action in games against both Brighton and Hove Albion and Crystal Palace. A talented athlete also, he claimed 1st place in the 110m county hurdles.

Position : Centre Midfield.

School : Sacred Heart Catholic College, Merseyside.
Previous School : St Luke's Primary School, Crosby.
Born : 01 November 1995.

Currently playing for Altrincham FC, Rob is also the Merseyside Schools' FA U18 Captain. He attends the same school that produced Everton striker Victor Anichebe, and hopes to serve his country in the Armed Forces if he does not make it as a professional footballer.

Position : Centre Forward.

School : Rainhill High Sixth Form College, Merseyside.
Previous School : St. Ann's, St. Helens.
Born : 06 April 1995.

The tall striker is used to fighting for his place, being one of five brothers in his family. Unsure as to his future career, Jack plans to go onto university and study geography. Models himself on Manchester United's goal-scorer, Javier Hernandez.

Previous School : Cottam Primary School, Preston.
Born : 22 July 1995.

Currently playing with Stockport County, where he has seen action in games against Bolton Wanderers & Manchester United. Rhys wants to pursue his dream of playing professional football. Hails from the same school as Premier League footballer Anthony Pilkington.

School : City College, Brighton.
Previous School : Cottesmore St. Marys, Brighton.
Born : 01 November 1994.

The eldest of 5 children, Luke is sport mad and wants to attend university in the United States of America on a football scholarship. Has performed well at county level with Sussex, grabbing a goal and an assist in his last game v Inner London Schools' FA.

School : South Gloucester & Stroud College, Bristol.
Previous School : St. Bernadette, Bristol.
Born : 25 April 1995.

Conor has excelled at the Bristol Football Academy since making his switch to central defence. He has made an immediate impact for Gloucestershire Schools', scoring on his U18 debut. Enjoys watching Match of the Day when not out playing football.

Position : Centre Forward.
CSFA : Humberside County Schools F.A.
School : Wyke Sixth Form College, Hull.
Previous School : Stepny Primary School, Hull.
Born : 15 September 1995.

Known as Dulca by his teammates, he is a quick, hard-working striker who is guaranteed to give his all for the cause. Born in DR Congo before moving to the UK and settling in Hull, Ruhandulca plays his football with the Humberside Schools' U18 Squad and North Ferriby.

Previous School : St. Marys, Scarisbrick.
Born : 12 May 1995.

Michael currently plays his football with Fleetwood Town, whilst also representing Lancashire Schools' FA U18. The youngest of three brothers, Michael wants to pursue a career in professional football. Has fond memories of playing at Turf Moor, Burnley FC's home ground.

Position : Centre Forward.
CSFA : Middlesex County Schools F.A.
School : Stanmore College, Middlesex.
Previous School : St. Charles R.C. School, London.
Born : 19 March 1995.

Shaq is a lively member of the team, always cracking a joke or trying to pull a prank. Currently working his way through the ranks at Barnet FC, while attending the same school that produced Jermaine Beckford. Names White Hart Lane, home of Tottenham Hotspur as the best ground he has ever played at.

Position : Goalkeeper.

School : Vandyke Upper School, Bedfordshire.
Previous School : Bridgwater Middle School, Berkhamsted.
Born : 29 May 1995.

The tall shot-stopper names Peter Schmeichel as his role model and hopes to go on to university to study Policing, ready for a career in the Police force if he doesn't turn pro as a footballer. Currently playing for Chesham United.

Position : Left Midfield.
CSFA : Greater Manchester County Schools F.A.
School : Wellacre Academy, Manchester.
Previous School : Kingsway Primary School, Manchester.
Born : 20 September 1994.

Nicholas can line up on either side of midfield or as an attacking player. He states David Silva is his favourite player to watch, and has played his most memorable game at Bolton's Reebok Stadium. He is currently studying sports and hopes to pursue that career after his season with the England Schoolboys.

Position : Centre Midfield / Right Midfield.
CSFA : Sussex County Schools' F.A.
School : Worthing College, Worthing.
Previous School : Goldstone Primary School, Brighton.
Born : 01 July 1996.

The younger of the two Fergany brothers earns him the nickname Junior. A talented attacking player who is currently at Lewes FC. James has an eye for goal and recalls a game against QPR were he scored a hat-trick as his most memorable game to date.

Position : International Team Manager.
School : Queen Elizabeth Grammar School, Blackburn.

Andy has been coaching schoolboy football teams now for 27 years. He started his coaching career with his school U-12s in Somerset.

ESFA funded Andy to achieve his UEFA A Licence coaching qualification through the bursary scheme which is available to all school teachers. He then worked with the first Blackburn SFA District teams and then Lancashire County SFA U16s. Despite stints coaching with Bristol Rovers, Blackburn Rovers and Manchester United, schoolboy football is still his first love.

Andy says that it has been a privilege to work with any boy that is keen to learn and gain experience and that even those that have achieved the ultimate goal of being a professional footballer, always look back fondly on their schoolboy football days.

Position : Assistant Manager.
School : Northumberland C of E Academy, Ashington.

Although in his first year with the international squad, Andy has been a senior coach within the ESFA at National Training weeks and County School teams. He is currently Director of Sport at Northumberland Church of England Academy, Ashington.

Andy has been coaching football for 15 years and is the present manager of the Northumberland U16 County Schools' team. He has also, coached Academy and Centre of Excellence teams at Middlesbrough and Newcastle United FC. A UEFA 'A' licence coach and FA coach educator.

Mr Michael Johnston

Position : Goalkeeper Coach.
School : The American School, London.

Mike teaches Physical Education at The American School in London and has been the head Football coach of the boys program for the last 4 years. He has spend 10 of his 13 years teaching and coaching at International schools in Belgium, China and England and coached football at the U18 level in each.

Mike represented Scotland in goals at both U18 Schoolboy's and University level and played semi pro before injury took him out of the playing side of the game a few years ago. He holds SFA, American and FA licenses for coaching, and is delighted to be working with such professional and qualified colleagues as the ESFA U18 team.

Mr Steve Wilderspin

Position : Sports Therapist.
School : Thomas Telford School, Telford.

Steve is the Director of Football at Thomas Telford School and is also an FA Medical Tutor. He holds the FA Diploma in the Treatment of Injuries award as well as being a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and member of the SMA.

Steve is match day therapist to Airbus UK in the Premier League of Wales and this season he has taken on the role of U18 manager of the Shropshire Schools and Colleges FA where he can put his UEFA 'B' coaching licence to use.

Steve also enjoys playing golf in his spare time (of which he does not have much) and he has followed the fortunes of Liverpool FC since he was knee high.

Dr Arthur Tabor

Position : Team Doctor.

Team doctor and sage with experience of over 350 England internationals at all levels since 1979. A very keen sportsman with major interests in football (Brighton), Cricket (Sussex), Golf (Justin Rose) and rugby (Harlequins).

Arthur represented the RAF Near Eastern Region at both Hockey and athletics in which he was a speedy 400yd hurdler in the days of the cinder track. After completing his medical training at Barts Hospital, Arthur married Pam who has managed to keep him on the straight and narrow for the past 42 years.

Arthur is also a medical examiner of pilots for the Civil Aviation Authority.

In 2012 Arthur was made a Life Member of the ESFA, an honour of which he is very proud.
