Important Information for Local / County Associations

From Season 2008/2009 all Associations, as a condition of membership, must have appointed a named Child Welfare Officer (CWO) who has an ‘accepted’ CRB Check, or has, as a minimum an ‘in progress’ enhanced CRB Check with the ESFA/FA CRB Unit.
From Season 2009/2010 all Associations, as a condition of membership, must have appointed a named CWO who has an ‘accepted’ CRB Check via the ESFA/FA CRB Unit and who has completed The FA Safeguarding Children workshop.
From Season 2010/2011, all Associations, as a condition of membership, must have appointed a named CWO who has an ‘accepted’ CRB Check via the ESFA/FA CRB Unit and who has completed The FA Safeguarding Children and Welfare Officer Workshop.

20th :: England lose 2-0 to Villarreal
England Under 18 Schoolboys went down 2-0 at the hands of Villarreal yesterday afternoon.
19th :: England to host France at Wembley Stadium
Following a successful return to Wembley Stadium last season, the England Under 18 Schools’ team will once again be treading the hallowed turf of the national stadium to take on France on Saturday 13 June 2009, kick-off 3.00 pm.
