U18 Girls? Trophy Final

Therfield School (Surrey) 3

Middlesbrough College (Cleveland) 1

Both teams had a fair distance to travel to meet up for this particular Final held at Exeter City on Tuesday 08 May. The game was played in a good spirit with the team from Leatherhead turning out to be justified winners thanks to goals from Vicky Vickery (2) and Jo Morris. Middlesbrough sole reply came courtesy of Abbey Lyle. Exeter City Chairman, Ted Ashman, was again in attendance before slipping off to watch his team overcome Oxford United and seize their first ever appearance at Wembley Stadium.
